Our firm cannot and does not become your attorney or represent you in any way unless (1) we confirm that accepting your case is not a conflict of interest with any other client we represent, and (2) satisfactory financial arrangements have been made with us for representation.

Accordingly, please do not send us any confidential information about any matter that may involve you unless our firm has agreed that we will be your lawyers and represent your interests and until you have received an email or letter from us to that effect (called an Engagement Acknowledgement Email/Letter). Unless you have used our firm in the past, it is the best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to contact one of our attorneys so that we can explain the steps that must be followed and the procedures in our office. Only after you receive an Engagement Acknowledgement Email/Letter from us, will you be our client and only then we may then exchange information freely.
